1. Jon Rudnitksy
Born and raised in the suburbs of Jersey, Jon performs stand-up at comedy clubs, colleges, and festivals around the country. In 2015, he was selected as one of the “New Faces” at the prestigious Just For Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal. In addition to his stand-up work, Jon has created and starred in a number of parody videos, including several House of Cards send ups, Straight Outta Newport, inspired by the feature film, STRAIGHT OUTTA COMPTON, and one of his most recognizable sketches, Dirty Dancing Live.
Jon just wrapped the 41st season of NBC’s Saturday Night Live, as well as voicing the role of Ned Lud in Disney’s animated series, BIG HERO 6, and performing in Comedy Central’s musical number, THE JAM, which recently premiered this Spring 2017. Most recently, Jon can be seen starring opposite Reese Witherspoon in the new movie, HOME AGAIN, which just premiered this past September 2017 to rave reviews.
2. Viola Davis
Viola Davis is a critically revered, award-winning actress of film, television and theater known for her intriguing and groundbreaking roles. She is the first black actress to win a Tony, Oscar and Emmy Award in addition to being the most Academy Award-nominated black actress in history.
Davis is currently starring on the drama How to Get Away with Murder, from ABC Studios and Shondaland. In 2015, Davis received the Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Drama Series, in addition to becoming the first African American to receive the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series. In 2016, she received her second Screen Actors Guild Award and her second Emmy nomination for portraying ‘Annalise Keating.’
As her credits attest, Davis is in constant demand for a wide variety of roles. She was most recently seen in Fences for Paramount Pictures. Davis garnered Critics Choice, Golden Globe, SAG, BAFTA and an Academy Award in the category of Best Supporting Actress for her portrayal of ‘Rose Maxson.’ Davis also starred with Denzel Washington in the 2010 revival of the play on Broadway. Her performance earned her a Tony Award, as well as the Drama Critics’ Circle Award, Outer Critics Circle Award and Drama Desk Award. Fences was also honored with the Tony Award for Best Play Revival and was the most profitable theater production of the year.
Formed in 2012, Davis and her husband founded a multi-ethnic production company, JuVee Productions, committed to excellence in film, television, and theatre. She resides in Los Angeles with her husband and daughter.
3. Morten T. Hansen
Morten T. Hansen is a renowned leadership expert. Thinkers50 has ranked him as one of the world’s most influential management thinkers.

4. Tony Hsieh
In 1999, at the age of 24, Tony Hsieh (pronounced Shay) sold LinkExchange, the company he co-founded, to Microsoft for $265 million. He then joined Zappos as an advisor and investor, and eventually became CEO, where he helped Zappos grow from almost no sales in 1999 to the multi-billion dollar company it is today.
Tony’s book, Delivering Happiness, was published in 2010, and outlines his path from starting a worm farm to life at Zappos. Tony shows how a very different kind of corporate culture is a powerful model for achieving success and happiness. Delivering Happiness, debuted at #1 on the New York Times bestseller list.
In addition to his responsibilities as CEO of Zappos.com, Tony helped start Downtown Project, a group committed to helping transform downtown Las Vegas into the most community-focused large city in the world. This transformation includes the relocation of the Zappos offices from Henderson, Nevada to what was the old City Hall in downtown Las Vegas. Tony currently lives in an Airstream on half a city block right in the middle of downtown Vegas, with his dog Blizzy and two pet alpacas who enjoy hanging out by the campfires every night.
5. Susan David Ph. D.
Susan David Ph.D. is one of the world’s leading management thinkers and an award-winning psychologist at Harvard Medical School. Co-founder and co-director of the Institute of Coaching at Harvard/McLean Hospital and an authority on leadership, organizational culture, and success, she has been named to the 2017 Thinkers50 Radar list; the thinkers most likely to shape the future of how organizations are managed and led, and is a highly-sought speaker and scientific adviser.
