1. Sara Schaefer

Sara Schaefer is a critically acclaimed stand-up comedian, writer, and producer currently based in Los Angeles. She was the co-host of MTV’s late night show Nikki & Sara Live. Sara has appeared on @Midnight, John Oliver’s New York Stand Up Show, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, and Inside Amy Schumer. She won two Emmy awards for her work at Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and has written for Ed Helms’ Comedy Central special The Fake News with Ted Nelms, Problematic with Moshe Kasher, Not Safe with Nikki Glaser and Who Wants to Be A Millionaire. Her digital series Woman Online debuted on Seriously.TV in February 2017. Recently, Sara’s stand up show Little White Box debuted to a sold-out run at the 2017 Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

 

2. Nimesh Patel

Nimesh Patel is the first Indian American to write for “Saturday Night Live.” He was nominated for an Emmy in the ‘Outstanding Writing for a Variety Series – 2018’ category for Season 43 of Saturday Night Live along with other SNL writers.

In 2016, he was named one of Comedy Central’s “Comics to Watch”. That year, Patel was hired by Chris Rock to write for the 88th Annual Academy Awards, during which he was largely responsible for Rock’s monologue and notably the first Indian American to write for the Oscars.

Patel has written for the Oscars as well as for the 2017 White House Correspondents’ Dinner hosted by Indian American comedian Hasan Minhaj.

 

3. Billy Wayne Davis

Originally from Crossville, TN, Billy Wayne Davis is a writer, actor, and stand-up who has performed in 41 states, 4 countries, and Texas. He has appeared on Conan, Last Comic Standing, WTF with Marc Maron, voiced multiple characters on Adult Swim’s SquidBillies, hosted a Morgan Spurlock documentary for CMT, named a 2015 Fresh Face by the Just for Laughs Festival in Montreal, opened for Grammy-winning Sturgill Simpson’s 30 city Living the Dream Tour, and just released his second comedy album, “Billy Wayne Davis: Live at Third Man Records.”
