Option # 1– Interactive Cooking Presentations

Chef Egg will teach your audience how to prepare healthy recipes while using simple and effective cooking skills and techniques. His menus utilize healthy ingredients like fruits, vegetables, whole grains and low fat proteins that can be prepared into endless meals for everyone. The students will participate in this interactive cooking event and then serve samples to the audience. 

Option # 2 – Hands On, Pop Up Cooking Events

Students will work at group cooking stations to create recipes that will teach new culinary skills and techniques. Participants will follow the chef’s step by step instructions through the preparation of a multi-course menu that is packed with flavor and nutrition. Chef Egg will guide the students through this hands on cooking event to ensure success and a great meal for everyone.
