Neon Entertainment understands how difficult it may be to plan your semester ahead after a global pandemic. Your usual way of programming looks a lot differently now and we are here to help. As your campus is planning the safest way to begin its Fall semester, we’d like to offer program options that have both a virtual and live option to fit whatever circumstance you are in.

Here are five examples of programs that can easily switch between live and virtual:

Make Your Own Novelty/Make and Take Event

From individual student’s homes or in person on the quad, our Make and Take programs are a great take away event! Participants provide a photo, logo, or saying and we create a custom item. For example; a photo whiteboard, street sign, or puzzle. Make this a virtual event by choosing the Make and Take program you would like. Each participant fills out a form in the Virtual Marketplace. Our staff designs their item via a video chat and all items will ship directly to the participants. Same great experience and take away item in person or virtually.

We also now offer Make & Takes On The Go! Our staff arrives on site in a van, ready for the event. Participants order their item at the van and receive the item on site. The entire program is self-contained, and participant scheduling is available to ensure social distancing practices take place. Scheduled block times allow for participants to sign up ahead of time, and limit interaction between students and staff.

Caricature Artist

In-person, the artist arrives on campus and sets up. Our artist will take necessary safety precautions. They will draw the participant and the student will walk away with the drawing or link where the digital drawing is sent. Looking for a Virtual Caricature Artist experience? Check out Big Heads and Beats! Students will still leave the program with an interactive experience and their own caricature sent to them digitally. They even will enjoy fun music as they wait!

Game Show

In-person or virtually, our comedic host guarantees a great time as you participate in our game shows! Each version, from your living room or in your campus theatre is fun, entertaining, engaging, and extremely interactive! Our host travels to you with a professional set up and gives away $200 in cash prizes. Virtually, our host uses professional lighting and sound and has created a unique, safe, and interactive experience for a virtual platform as well as gives away $200 in prizes via Venmo. You will compete, laugh, and make memories in person or online!

Escape Room

WILDLY fun, completely immersive and difficult both in person and virtually! Plan your next event with a program that requires teamwork, solving puzzles and challenges. Our Escape Rooms have unique and trendy themes like Tiger land and CSI. In-person, we provide a hands-on experience while the teams try to beat the clock, and on our virtual platform, we share the same experience using videos and challenges in separate Zoom rooms.

Music Performance

Our musicians are prepared and excited to set the mood in person in your student union, outdoor pavilion, or coffee house or online, virtually! Neon Entertainment’s music roster ranges from beatboxing, acoustic, looping, acapella, and more. Set a Zoom time for a digital experience to create a break from Finals week, relaxing music during the first week of classes, or as a host for a Virtual Open Mic Night.
