Neon Entertainment understands the importance for having a diverse, equitable, inclusive, and safe environment among workplaces and campuses. We provide an assortment of speakers and programs that speak on the knowledge of equity and are committed to building diverse and inclusive communities in our universities, corporations, and world. They seek to promote DEI in its many manifestations. Our programs discuss important topics such as, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, race, religion, culture, disability, and many other related discussions. 

We understand the need for a community where differences are welcomed, respected and heard and where every person has a sense of inclusion and belonging.  Our programs promote the individual right of self-identification and expression which encourages meaningful conversations. The goal of our programs is to leave event participants with the experience of personal fulfillment and full participation in creating a successful and thriving community.
