Shanice Green
Born into a musical family, Shanice Green grew up touring the country with her parents, siblings, and uncle, sometimes gracing the stage in front of thousands of blues and soul fans at concerts and festivals.
As a child, Shanice learned from some of the best in the business, meeting and receiving advice from blues pioneers such as Grammy award winner Bobby Rush and the legendary Little Milton. This inspired Shanice to pick up the guitar at an early age. One of her earliest memories is of
her mother teaching her proper singing technique. She still practices elements of those childhood vocal lessons to create her signature soulful sound that we hear in her music today.
Shanice’s first single, Last Forever, was released during the pandemic in 2020. It landed on several Spotify Editorial Playlists and has amassed 600,000 streams on Spotify alone.
